Nathan here. I have fifteen years of experience in hospitality, around the country, around the world, and at every level of service. I am fueled by a mission to help leadership teams experience the feeling of relief and momentum that comes from learning how to break barriers of misunderstanding and use each other's differences to create a culture of collaboration and mutual growth.
